MEET THE TEAM!
Our People
Alma Estrada, MSW Intern
Kenesha Graham, MSW Intern
Hi, I’m Alma, and I’m currently in the final phase of my Master of Social Work program at Our Lady of the Lake University, preparing to graduate in October. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology, which has helped shape my understanding of individuals and the systems that impact their lives.
I’m especially interested in working with adults experiencing anxiety, grief, or major life changes, particularly during times when things feel overwhelming or uncertain. My experience in hospice has given me a deeper understanding of loss and how important it is to meet people where they are with patience and compassion.
I recognize that people come into therapy for different reasons and at different points in their lives, and I meet each person in a way that feels comfortable for them. My goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, can take their time, make sense of what they’re experiencing, and begin to think through what steps feel right for them without feeling judged.
As I continue to grow in my experience, I’m becoming more interested in approaches that expand on traditional talk therapy, including paying attention to how emotions show up in the body and using simple ways to help clients express what they’re going through.
I plan to continue working toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and to build a practice that allows me to support clients in a way that feels flexible, accessible, and tailored to their individual needs.
También puedo ofrecer servicios en español y valoro poder conectar con clientes de una manera que se sienta natural y cómoda para ellos.
I’m grateful to be under the supervision of Monica Orozco, LCSW, LMSW, and for the support and guidance she provides as I continue to grow in my clinical experience.
Kenesha Graham, also known as Kenesha Myers, is a Master of Social Work student at Howard University, currently completing her final semester before graduation. She is driven by a genuine passion for helping others feel supported, heard, and empowered in their everyday lives.
Kenesha is a proud military veteran, having served in the United States Army and the Army National Guard. Her time in service shaped her into a strong leader, a problem solver, and someone who understands the importance of community, resilience, and accountability.
She is especially passionate about peer support, veteran mental health, and youth advocacy, and believes that some of the most powerful healing starts when people simply have the space to speak their truth without judgment.
Kenesha is committed to building meaningful connections, serving her community, and continuing her work in mental health and social support long after graduation.
Service is my standard. Community is my purpose. Resilience is my legacy.

I am a Master of Social Work (MSW) student at Grand Canyon University with a strong interest in supporting individuals through emotional challenges, life transitions, and personal growth. I value collaboration and believe in meeting clients where they are while helping them recognize their strengths, build resilience, and develop effective coping strategies. Compassion, empathy, and ethical practice guide my work.
As a Christian, my faith informs my commitment to integrity, service, and genuine care for others, while honoring each client’s individual beliefs and experiences. I am grateful to Monica for the opportunity to complete my internship at Trophitherapy and to learn under professional supervision while supporting individuals seeking healing and personal growth.
